Ivan Pedai / UX Director & AI DesOps Lead

Validated AI Workflow
AI speed. Human precision.
Less distance between a design decision and a working product.
With development, I connected our design system to AI-assisted implementation. Shared libraries provide the foundation; people approve what moves forward.
Patterns maintained by the design team
AI-assisted components, reviewed and tested
Prompt-driven, built on both libraries
Business owners approve the direction
Self-improving AI system, human-controlled

Agentic workflow development
Two products, built from scratch as a solopreneur. Behind both is an agentic AI workflow I designed to turn ideas into finished products—from market research to implementation and quality checks. I own the vision, direction and judgment.

QAWAI brings AI-assisted quality assurance into the coding agent a founder already uses. It checks each finding’s quoted evidence against project files and turns the results into a clear report with actionable fix prompts.

The judgment behind the work
I build design functions that improve delivery, control costs and turn customer insight into product decisions.
Strong teams start with clear roles, shared goals and trust. I give people a clear view of how success is measured through OKRs and KPIs, then support their growth through one-to-ones, mentorship and individual development plans. Team building and shared learning help people work well together and take ownership of the result.
In enterprise, I lead UX across complex employee and field-service workflows. Today, I bring that same leadership to AI-enabled delivery: align teams around the business problem, give them shared standards and keep people accountable for quality and release decisions.
